By downloading or using TapShorts, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The App

TapShorts connects Flic 2 Bluetooth buttons to iOS Shortcuts. The app allows you to assign shortcuts to button press actions (single press, double press, and long press) so that pressing a physical button triggers an iOS Shortcut on your device.

Requirements

• An iPhone running iOS 16.0 or later
• A Flic 2 Bluetooth button (sold separately at flic.io)
• The Apple Shortcuts app (built into iOS)

Free and Pro Tiers

TapShorts is free to download and use with the following limitations:

• Free: 1 button, single press shortcut only
• Pro ($1.99 USD/month): Double press and long press shortcuts

Subscription Terms

• TapShorts Pro is an auto-renewable subscription at 1.99 USD per month.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for creating and testing your iOS Shortcuts before assigning them to buttons.
• Shortcut names in TapShorts must exactly match the names in the Apple Shortcuts app (case-sensitive).
• TapShorts triggers shortcuts but does not control what those shortcuts do. You are responsible for the actions your shortcuts perform.

Limitations

• TapShorts requires a Flic 2 button to function. We are not affiliated with Flic (Shortcut Labs AB) and do not provide support for Flic hardware.
• Background operation depends on iOS Bluetooth permissions and system behavior. When the app is in the background, shortcut execution requires tapping a notification.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

TapShorts and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Domenion and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Disclaimer

TapShorts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to actions performed by shortcuts you have configured.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Age Requirement

TapShorts is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian before using the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
